Welcome to the CTC Herts DA Western section website. We are a friendly group of mixed ability cyclists who meet each Sunday. Rides normally start in or around Hemel Hempstead. We ride on quiet back roads and usually head out to the beautiful Chiltern hills.

Typically we cycle 30 - 65 mile rides throughout the year at 12 - 15mph with stops for coffee and lunch. Our riders range in age from 35 to 79 years old so you're sure to fit in.

The rides program is published every two months and can be downloaded here.

Whether you are new to cycling, or want to try riding with a great bunch of people why not get in touch. You will be assured a warm welcome (and we don't insist that you wear Lycra!) .

If you'd like to join us for a ride give us a call or simply turn up at the listed start. Rides are free. You don't have to be a member to join us - but we suggest you join the CTC if you enjoy the rides, it's great value.
