We will check your server and/or critical PC’s. If a problem occurs we will advise you straight away and they will flag up on our console. In addition we will carry out a series of checks each morning and send you an email with the results, good or bad! Using these tests you will have a good idea if all is well or not. (Please note the System monitor requires an always on broadband connection).
 
The following tests will be carried out 

• Critical services checks – Making sure all services are running as they should be so that your system operates efficiently. 
• Disk Space Check – we will tell you if your disk space is getting low before it becomes a serious problem
• Server Alive – The system will tell us if there have been interruptions in your networks uptime
• That you backup ran successfully and your data is secure
• If your anti-virus definitions are up to date and keeping your network safe
• Check for exceptional growth in disk usage, which could be a sign of an attack
• A hacker check, monitoring your security so we can see if anybody is trying to get in!

This costs just £1.00 per day for each system that we monitor.
Invoiced at £30 per system per month.  Additionally you pay our standard charges for telephone support or on-site attendance (£65 per hour) as and when you need them.
