Our Complete support contract is an inclusive service designed to fix the cost of IT Support for your company. It includes preventative maintenance; this reduces the risk system failures.
  
The Complete Contract is priced per system (workstation or laptop). This is an all inclusive service where you get priority support and complete peace of mind as all onsite work, whether routine or emergency is covered in the price.
The price per workstation is £40 per month.
Total support has a minimum count of 5 systems.
Our Total support contract includes:

All the features of our standard service plus

• Regular on-site visits for maintenance and non-urgent problem solving (based on ½ hour per month per system).   
• Emergency on-site support as required (on-site within 4 hours)

As a special offer we are giving 5 GB of online backup space FREE with a Complete support subscription.            Additional online data storage £6 per GB per month.
