Standard support includes the basic monitor service for 1 system plus it offers unlimited phone and remote support at a fixed cost. Call us whenever you have problems or need advice. We will be there for as long as it takes. 
 
Additionally you standard charges for workshop based support activity or on-site attendance (£65 per hour) as and when you need them.
 
Standard support includes monitoring for 1 system. Additional systems are charged at £30 per month each. 
Costs are:- 

1. £18 per workstation per month.
2. Monitoring of additional servers £30 per month

You also benefit from discounted hourly rates if you do need onsite assistance:

1. Onsite or workshop £65 per hour or £450 per day

As a special offer we are giving 1Gb of online backup space FREE with a Standard support subscription. Additional online data storage £6 per Gb per month

Standard support covers all your IT and related equipment (as agreed). We handle all IT issues on your behalf where necessary liaising with third parties.
The standard contract is priced per system (workstation or laptop), minimum count of 5 systems.
